- Connected platform credentials: OAuth access tokens for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — stored securely and used solely to publish content on your behalf.
- Usage data: Logs of publish actions, content generated, and scheduling configuration.
- Profile data: Public profile information (username, follower count) fetched from connected platforms to display in your dashboard.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and operate the Application.
- To post content to your connected social media accounts as you configure.
- To display analytics and scheduling information in your dashboard.
- To send operational alerts (e.g. publish failures) to your registered email.
3. TikTok Data
When you connect your TikTok account, we receive and store an OAuth access token. We use this token for the following purposes:
user.info.basic— display your TikTok username, display name, and avatar in the dashboard.user.info.profile— read your bio description to inform AI content generation.user.info.stats— display your follower count and video count in the dashboard.video.list— read your recent video titles and descriptions to help the AI generate content consistent with your style.video.publish— publish AI-generated videos directly to your TikTok profile on your behalf.
We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or any purpose beyond operating the Application.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except:
- The social media platforms you authorize (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) — only as needed to publish your content.
- AI providers used for content generation — only for the generation request; no personal data is shared.
- As required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. OAuth tokens are refreshed regularly and deleted when you disconnect a platform or delete your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted storage for credentials and HTTPS for all communications. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. You may also disconnect any platform integration at any time from the dashboard.
